they’re back…
The infamous mullet has made its return to main stream Europe and has come back with striking variety. Coming in all flavors including long short, curly straight, gelled and sprayed. Quite frightening if you ask me. We attempted to capture one using the phone on our camera to show you just what type of freaky species we are dealing with but it proved imppossible to do justice to. Due to various reasons such as glare off the lense and speed walking on the part of the owner.

So fun to read about your adventures. I’m going to get all old and nostalgic on you. So, you can skip the rest of this if you’re already sleepy. I worked for a few weeks on an archaeological dig near Lille when I was 17. Met some nice folks, got some dirt under my fingernails, but the weather sucked and the site was sort of boring. Then started hitchhiking with a newly made friend up toward Denmark. That was fun, but another story.
The summer before took me down through Paris also to Nice. You’re right the place is a bit over-rated and expensive. The funny thing I remember was that it was either July 4 or 5th and all these American Navy guys had leave time. You could see the big ships off the shore. They were wandering around in their uniforms, throwing footballs on the beach and STARING and JOKING about the blonde German babes and their HUGE sunburned boobs. Pretty funny scene.
